Another good trip was had by all, with some decent sized fish caught. Papa Aroha camp was up to it’s usual high standard with great, well maintained facilities, clean and friendly albeit a little noisy when we arrive!
Well done to Joe Holgate for his winning snapper weighing in at 13lb 11oz (not quite as big as Marg’s caught 2010!) Marg would want me to remind you of that hehe!!!!
Marcel and Wayne had great fish as well and ended up being pretty close.

We have included photos from our 2010/2011 trips. A big thanks to Debbie for taking them all…we will have to get a photo of you next year Debbie!!!

It has been suggested that we draw up some rules as there are more people fishing each year. Everyone needs to be clear on the start and finish times and also the fishing area. This will make it fair for everyone. I am sure this will spark some discussion so please feel free to send your comments in.
Once decided we will post the rules on this site.
